  • I have not received the confirmation email to confirm my cashout request
    Once you've requested a cashout, you will receive an automated email with a confirmation link to confirm the request. Only once your cashout request has been confirmed via the confirmation link in the email will your cashout will be processed and paid out within 30 days. Did you not receive the confirmation email? Then we recommend that you check your spam box first. If you did not receive the confirmation email in your spam box either, please contact us.
  • How can I request a cash out?
    You can request cash out when the total balance in your account is 20 CashCoins or more. In your total credit, only purchases with status approaved are counted. Under "Payout" in your account, you can request a payout. You are not required to cash out your balance directly once you've reached the minimum payout amount. You can leave it in your account and can payout at a higher amount. Your balance expires if there has not been any activity in your account during a period of more than 1 year or in the case of abuse.
  • Are there any charges when I request for payout ?
    No, there is no administration cost/tax when asking for a cashout.
  • Is there a minimum payout amount?
    Yes, payout is possible when your balance on CashbackDiscount is 20 CashCoins or more. In the total balance only those purchases with the status approved are included.
  • How does CashbackDiscount pay my credit balance?
    Your balance will be paid in cash, straight into your bank account.
  • How long does it take before I have credit on my account?
    Payout requests are submitted by CashbackDiscount once every two weeks. The amount is credited to the bank account of the user within days of processing of the application. This may at times take a maximum (working) period of 3 weeks.
  • I have cashed out but I have not yet received my credit. How is that possible?
    We aim to have your credit in your account within 3 weeks of payout request. Has it been 3 weeks and do you still not have your credit in your account? Please contact us and we will try to solve the problem as soon as possible.
  • How long does it take for my gift card to arrive?
    You will receive an e-mail after you ordered the gift card with all the delivery details in it. In most cases the cards will be sent by email within 5-7 working days after you made the order.
  • Can I also give the gift card as a gift?
    Yes, the card is not in your name. The card will be sent to the e-mail address that is in your account with us. After you received the card in your inbox, you are free to forward it to another person. It’s a unique voucher code that can only be used once.
  • The code in my gift card is not working. What can I do?
    If the code is not accepted when paying online at the store please try filling in the code again. Make sure you check it carefully and ensure the code is filled in completely. If the code is still not working please contact us.
  • I still haven’t received my gift card. What can I do?
    Gift card orders will normally be sent within 5-7 working days by email from Cashbackearners.co.uk. If you haven’t received the email after this time please check your SPAM or JUNK folder. If you still haven’t received this email after 7 working days then please contact us!
